Net sales of €4.36 billion versus the forecast of €4.03 billion.
Sales growth was 78.8% YoY.
New orders received were 4.74 billion euros, of which 76% came from the Logic segment and 24% from the Memory segment.
Sales by customer were 78% in the Logic segment and 22% in the Memory segment.
Sales by region were 44% in Korea, 43% in Taiwan, 15% in China, 3% in the U.S., and 1% in Japan.
